Domestic Returns
You may exchange any product within 30 days of purchase if the item does not fulfill your requirements. We do not offer refunds; however, we are pleased to provide an exchange for an item of equal value or issue an online gift card credit that you can use at your leisure. This policy ensures that you will find something in our range that you truly love.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be returned to us in their original packaging and condition—unused and unaltered in any way. It is essential that the product remains in the same state as when it was received to qualify for an exchange. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange or return of an item that does not meet the above-mentioned criteria.
Please be aware that you will need to cover the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We strive to make our policies as fair as possible, but we cannot absorb return shipping costs.
International Returns
For our international customers, the return process mirrors that of our domestic policy, with the added stipulation that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any reverse duties and taxes incurred. These fees will be deducted from the online gift card credit issued for your returned items.
Exclusions
Please note that all discounted items are considered final sales and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Additionally, for hygiene and safety reasons, gel polishes and earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. We appreciate your understanding in these matters.
